A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Sorocaba deteve, na tarde de segunda-feira (15), um homem de 60 anos de idade, que era procurado pela Justiça. Inicialmente, a denúncia recebida pela Corporação era que de que o acusado havia descumprido medida protetiva judicial, que o impedia de se aproximar da ex-esposa. O caso aconteceu no Jardim Monterrey, Zona Norte da cidade, onde mora a vítima.
A guarnição da GCM foi acionada pelo Centro de Controle Operacional Integrado (CCOI), por volta das 10h40, para atendimento de ocorrência, após acionamento pela vítima, de 51 anos, por meio do aplicativo do programa “Protege Mulher”, que assiste as pessoas amparadas por medida judicial, devido a casos de violência doméstica.
No local, a equipe constatou que o suspeito, ex-companheiro da vítima, encontrava-se na parte externa da residência, acompanhado de um oficial de Justiça, para retirada de pertences da casa. Após abordagem e consulta aos sistemas, foi confirmada a condição de procurado da Justiça.
O homem foi conduzido inicialmente à Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Sorocaba, onde a autoridade policial de plantão tomou conhecimento dos fatos e determinou o encaminhamento do acusado ao Plantão da Polícia Civil, onde permaneceria preso, à disposição da Justiça.
